In Health we have been talking about how we are changing in our abilities, physical appearance and likes and dislikes.
The year 1/2 class would like to introduce you to our special friend and class pet 'Tim'. Time goes home to a different student each weekend to get to know their families and friends outside of school.
The year 1/2 class have made a very happy start to term three.
In year 1/2 we have been learning about the environment and how to look after it. We listened t the Dr Seuss story, 'The Lorax' to learn important lessons about the responsibilities we have in our world.
This term the year ones and two’s have been learning and talking about personal strengths and strengths of others. We have learnt that everyone is different and we are each good at different things.
So far this year we have been learning about recounts, family history and lots of maths strategies that will help the students with problem solving and mental maths.
